AI LOYALTY PROGRAM FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (“FAQ’s”)

1. What is ACEINLET.com Loyalty Program?

The ACEINLET.com ™ Loyalty Program is also known as AI program and it is a NEW customer loyalty program that allows all our customers to earn Points that can be redeemed for ACEINLET.com products and then become eligible to one of the eight (8) cards, listed in sl.no.7 based on the minimum total purchase value to earn additional SPECIAL AWARDS, PACKAGES & CASH PRIZES.

2. What are the terms & conditions of the Program?

You may please refer to the TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LOYALTY PROGRAM which is a self-explanatory.

3. Who can join the program?

The ACEINLET.com Program is open to individuals who are lawful residents of the REPUBLIC OF INDIA (including its territories and possessions) who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the Member’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, for their personal use only, and is limited to one (1) account per individual.

4. Who is a qualified person & how is it defined?

Any individual who has read the terms and conditions of our loyalty program and agree to the same by registering himself or herself is called as a “QUALIFIED PERSON”. In otherworld’s, any person who has created an account for the loyalty program meaning that he or she has agreed to the terms and conditions of our loyalty program & willing to participate accordingly is termed as a qualified person.

5. How do I join & qualify for the program?

Step1 - Before joining our loyalty program, you should read the terms and conditions agreement specified in this site separately.

Step2 - Then if you are willing, may register in the Program by creating an account, or by logging in to an existing account, on www.aceinlet.com. Having registered yourself, you then become qualified for the program. You may be required to provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and other pertinent details in order to get your account created.

6. How will you use the information provided through the Program?

The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program is subject to our PRIVACY POLICY.

7. How does the program work?

The Program has 8 “Rank Cards” such as

a) AI A 2 Z Eats,

b) AI Travel India,

c) AI Travel Asia,

d) AI - Lakpati ₹.100,000/=,

f) AI - Lakpati ₹.300,000/=

g) AI - Millionaire ₹.10,00,000/=

h) AI - Millionaire ₹.30,00,000/=, and

i ) AI-Crorepati ₹.100,00,000/=.

As you advance to the next main Program Rank, as earlier as you can then you will be unlocked to get increased rewards based on your rankings or purchase values. The earned points can be used to get you one of the rank card. The earned rewards can be used towards your purchase of products available on our site aceinlet.com. The prizes would be awarded to the winners subject to terms and conditions of aceinlet.com

8. What are the program ranks?

There are 5 main Program Ranks – AI - Lakpati ₹.100,000/=, AI - Lakpati ₹.300,000/=, AI - Millionaire ₹.10,00,000/=, AI - Millionaire ₹.30,00,000/=, and AI-Crorepati - ₹.100,00,000/=. Additionally, there are 3 more, first one is “AI A 2 Z Eats”, second one is “AI Travel India & the third one is “AI Travel Asia”. Each is different from one another.

9. What are the rewards points?

Reward Points are the points earned while making purchases on aceinlet.com. It can be in a variety of forms like discounts, promotions, prizes, free insurance, free delivery & free gifts. However these rewards keep changing from time to time in order to give the best possible paybacks to our loyal customers.

10. How do I earn Reward Points or paybacks?

It’s very simple, just Sign In if you are a registered member, if not register to open your account. Next you start purchasing the qualified products with qualifying movements and begin to earn Points. Sometimes, we may also, at our sole discretion, provide additional Points in connection with certain transactions and promotions.

Your earning points are calculated based on the net amount spent by you for actual purchases on aceinlet.com, excluding GST, other levies if any, shipping charges, other discounts, and items purchased with a gift card, if any merchandise credits, or any Rewards or other awards. Selected purchases may be excluded from the Program, at ACEINLET.com.

We may provide free Birthday Points or paybacks to all existing loyalty customers (one who made purchases at least once) but it requires additional disclosures like your birthday information at least 1 month prior to your date of birth in order to be eligible.

Also, we may provide free Mother’s day & Father’s day Points and this too requires additional information like their names & DOB.

All are subject to terms & conditions as applicable.

11. How do I qualify for each AI Loyalty Rank?

The following gives you a snapshot view on how o qualify for each of the AI Loyalty Ranks. For more detail please do refer our terms & conditions of our loyalty program.

AI - A 2 Z Eats

To qualify for A 2 Z Eats, your minimum purchase has to be nothing less than net Rs.600/= in a single transaction excluding shipping and other charges, if any, nevertheless one out of every such 1200 clients , will be the AI A 2 Z Eats winner. The AI A 2 Z Eats winner will be provided with free eats package, either lunch or dinner for 2 persons in a city that is indicated in the client’s address & the terms and conditions of aceinlet.com will apply.

AI - Travel India

To qualify for AI Travel India, your minimum purchase has to be nothing less than net Rs.999/= in a single transaction excluding shipping and other charges, if any, nevertheless one out of every such 1200 clients , will be the AI Travel India . The AI Travel India winner will be provided with free travel package within India for 2 adults for 2 nights which includes air fare, stay in hotel & food as per the terms and conditions of aceinlet.com .

AI - Travel Asia

To qualify for AI Travel Asia, your minimum purchase has to be nothing less than net Rs.1,599/= in a single transaction excluding shipping and other charges, if any, nevertheless one out of every such 1200 clients , will be the AI Travel Asia . The AI Travel Asia winner will be provided with free Asia travel package to any one Asian country but limited at the sole discretion of AI country listings. The package will be for 2 adults for 2 to 4 nights which includes air fare, stay in hotel & food as per the terms and conditions of aceinlet.com .

AI - Lakpati ₹.100,000/=

At any given time, a customer must have made a minimum purchase of ₹.2,400/=, at least once in a single transaction to get allotted to a loyalty card called “AI Lakpati”, AI Lakpati card holder will enjoy all additional benefits like cash discounts covering extra reward points & loyalty promotion discounts, other benefits like free delivery & insurance cover. A customer on attaining a total shopping worth ₹.9,600/= or above in a year from the date of his first minimum purchase value, and having maintained not less than ₹.2,400/= or above in each purchase, he or she becomes eligible for a prize draw of Rs.1,00,000/=.

The AI Lakpati card expires once the draw is over and when the winner is announced. The winner gets Rs.1,00,000/= ( Rupees one lakh ) which is redeemable.

AI - Lakpati ₹.300,000/=

At any given time, a customer must have made a minimum purchase of ₹.2,900/=, at least once in a single transaction to get allotted to a loyalty card called “AI Lakpati”, AI Lakpati card holder will enjoy all additional benefits like cash discounts covering extra reward points & loyalty promotion discounts, other benefits like free delivery & insurance cover. A customer on attaining a total shopping worth ₹.23,200/= or above in a year from the date of his first minimum purchase value, and having maintained not less than ₹.2,900/= or above in each purchase, he or she becomes eligible for a prize draw of Rs3,00,000/=.

The AI Lakpati card expires once the draw is over and when the winner is announced. The winner gets ₹.1,00,000/= ( Rupees three lakhs ) which is redeemable.

AI - Millionaire ₹.10,00,000/=

At any given time, a customer must have made a minimum purchase of ₹.3,400/=, at least once in a single transaction to get allotted to a loyalty card called “AI Millionaire”, AI Millionaire card holder will enjoy all additional benefits like cash discounts covering extra reward points & loyalty promotion discounts, other benefits like free delivery & insurance cover that is higher than AI Lakpati card holder. A customer on attaining a total shopping worth ₹.43,200/= or above in a year from the date of his first minimum purchase value, and having maintained not less than ₹.3,400/= or above in each purchase, he or she becomes eligible for a prize draw of Rs.10,00,000/=.

The AI Millionaire card expires once the draw is over and when the winner is announced. The winner gets Rs.10,00,000/= ( Rupees ten lakhs ) which is redeemable.

AI - Millionaire ₹.30,00,000/=

At any given time, a customer must have made a minimum purchase of ₹.5,100/=, at least once in a single transaction to get allotted to a loyalty card called “AI Millionaire”, AI Millionaire card holder will enjoy all additional benefits like cash discounts covering extra reward points & loyalty promotion discounts, other benefits like free delivery & insurance cover that is higher than AI Lakpati card holder. A customer on attaining a total shopping worth ₹.61,200/= or above in a year from the date of his first minimum purchase value, and having maintained not less than ₹.5,100/= or above in each purchase, he or she becomes eligible for a prize draw of ₹.30,00,000/=.

The AI Millionaire card expires once the draw is over and when the winner is announced. The winner gets ₹.30,00,000/= ( Rupeesthirty lakhs ) which is redeemable.

AI – Crorepati

At any given time, a customer must have made a minimum purchase of ₹.6,666/=, at least once in a single transaction to get allotted to a loyalty card called “AI Crorepati”, AI Crorepati card holder will enjoy all additional benefits like cash discounts covering extra reward points & loyalty promotion discounts, other benefits like free delivery & insurance cover that is higher than AI Millionaire card holder. A customer on attaining a total shopping worth ₹.79,992/= or above in a year from the date of his first minimum purchase value, and having maintained not less than ₹.6,666/= or above in each purchase, he or she becomes eligible for a prize draw of Rs.100,00,000/=.

The AI Crorepati card expires once the draw is over and when the winner is announced. The winner gets Rs.100,00,000/= ( Rupees one crore ) which is redeemable.

Our program ranks are based on your qualifying purchases and actions in a rolling period of 365-days.

For the 365-day period after which you join the Program and/or enter a new rank, you will earn Points from your qualifying purchases and actions based on the rate for that rank. Your rank for the subsequent annual period will be based on Points you earn from your qualifying purchases and actions, starting the first day after your enrollment and/or entry into a new rank and ending on or around Day 365. On Day 366, or day after the date of winner announced, you may be placed in a different rank depending on the minimum purchase you made in the immediate preceding 365-day period, and your spend and actions register will be set at zero except when the rolling period is extended.

12.What is free insurance Cover? And how much is covered in value?

Free insurance is a personal accidental cover + accidental medical cover which will be given to all loyalty customers based on their quantum of purchase as detailed above.

There are 8 free insurance covers with different slabs such as:

1.₹.50,000/= PA Cover + ₹.5000/= accidental medical cover.

2.₹.1,00,000/= PA Cover + ₹.10,000/= accidental medical cover.

3.₹.2,00,000/= PA Cover + ₹.25,000/= accidental medical cover.

4.₹.5,00,000/= PA Cover + ₹.50,000/= accidental medical cover.

5.₹.10,00,000/= PA Cover + ₹.1,00,000/= accidental medical cover.

6.₹.20,00,000/= PA Cover + ₹.2,00,000/= accidental medical cover.

7.₹.30,00,000/= PA Cover + ₹.3,00,000/= accidental medical cover.

8.₹.50,00,000/= PA Cover + ₹.5,00,000/= accidental medical cover.

13. How it works?

For instance if your were given an insurance cover of ₹.2,00,000/= Personal Accidental Cover + ₹.25,000/= accidental medical cover based on your single purchase transaction, which means on one's death in an accident will be given ₹.2,00,000/=, where as in case of an injury in an accident will be given ₹.25,000/= for hospitalization. However, the same has not been utilized within the validity of the cover & if the same loyalty customer has made another purchase, then in such a situations, the customer's cover will be upgraded to the next level of insurance cover which can be any one level that is definately higher than the existing coverage, but then again based on the minimum quantum of purchase.

14. When will my paybacks be available to redeem?

The points or paybacks earned by you on your purchases will be available in your account immediately but will be able to redeem only when your order is complete in all aspects (without any pending’s i.e., commercially cleared order).

15. How do I check my loyalty member account status?

You can check your membership level and account status by logging into your account on aceinlet.com.

16. What should I do if I have not seen any points that I earned in my account?

In that situation you should contact our customer service at support@aceinlet.com and furnish your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, the date of the suspected purchase or action, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent within 3 (three) working days from the alleged purchase or action took place, after which we are not responsible for any late announcements concerning procurements or engagements not being credited to your registered account.

17. Does my membership ever expire?

Although your participation may remain open, Points will expire after three sixty five (365) days of inactivity, a period in which a Member earns no Points, makes no qualifying purchases, takes no qualifying actions, and redeems no Points.

18. Can my membership be revoked?

Your membership may be revoked by ACEINLET.com, in its sole discretion, at any time without any notification. Any abuse of the Program; failure to follow any of these Terms; membership inactivity for more than three sixty five (365) days; falsification; or conduct that may be harmful to aceinlet.com or our interests may result in revocation of your membership and disqualify you for further contribution in the Program. If, in ACEINLET.com’ sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.

19. What happen to my points or paybacks in case of my membership is revoked?

All your earned points will automatically expire, and your access to our Loyalty Program and its features will automatically get terminated, in ACEINLET.com’ sole discretion.

20. Can the Loyalty Program be amended or terminated?

Certainly, ACEINLET.COM may, in its sole discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate its Loyalty Program, the Program Terms and conditions, or any part or feature of the Program, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect Points or paybacks already earned and/or the value of Rewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem Rewards.

21. What happens to my points if the program is terminated?

All your earned points will automatically expire, and your access to our Loyalty Program and its features will automatically get terminated, in ACEINLET.com’ sole discretion.

22. How do I update my profile in my account?

You need to Sign In to your ACEINLET.com account and go to Profile Setting and do the necessary update and save.

23. What do I do if I forgot my password?

You need to go to Sign In page and click on the “Forgot Password” link. You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your ACEINLET.com account, and a temporary password will be emailed to that email address. Follow the prompts in the email to create a new password. That’s it.

24. How do I terminate / Cancel my Loyalty Program Membership?

You can do all your cancellations at any time by sending an email request to ACEINLET.com Customer Service at cussup@aceinlet.com. Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirming that you desire to be removed from the Loyalty Program. Accordingly within a maximum of 2 weeks’ time your request will be completed.

25. What happens to my points if I terminate or cancel my membership for Loyalty Program?

If you cancel your membership, you forfeit any Points you may have earned and/or any Rewards that might otherwise have been available to you during your continued participation in the Program. If you wish to return to the Program after cancelling your membership, you will be required to join the Program again starting with no Points or zero Rewards.
