AI LOYALTY PROGRAM FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (“FAQ’S”)

1. What is ACEINLET.com Loyalty Program?

The ACEINLET.com ™ Loyalty Program is also known as AI program and it is a NEW customer loyalty program that allows all our customers to earn Points that can be redeemed for ACEINLET.com products and then become eligible to one of the three (3) other cards, namely Lakpati, Millionaire & Crorepati based on the minimum purchase value to earn additional SPECIAL AWARDS.


2. What are the terms & conditions of the Program?

You may please refer to the TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LOYALTY PROGRAM which is a self-explanatory.


3. Who can join the program?

The ACEINLET.com Program is open to individuals who are lawful residents of the REPUBLIC OF INDIA (including its territories and possessions) who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the Member’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, for their personal use only, and is limited to one (1) account per individual.


4. Who is a qualified person & how is it defined?

Any individual who has read the terms and conditions of our loyalty program and agree to the same by registering himself or herself is called as a “QUALIFIED PERSON”. In otherworld’s, any person who has created an account for the loyalty program meaning that he or she has agreed to the terms and conditions of our loyalty program & willing to participate accordingly is termed as a qualified person.


5. How do I join & qualify for the program?

Step1 - Before joining our loyalty program, you should read the terms and conditions agreement specified in this site separately.

Step2 - Then if you are willing, may register in the Program by creating an account, or by logging in to an existing account, on www.aceinlet.com. Having registered yourself, you then become qualified for the program. You may be required to provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and other pertinent details in order to get your account created.


6. How will you use the information provided through the Program?

The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program is subject to our PRIVACY POLICY.

7. How does the program work?

The Program has 6 “Ranks Cards” such as

a) AI Winner of the Day,

b) AI Winner of the Month,

c) Winner of the Year,

d) AI-Lakhpati,

e) AI-Millionaire, and

f) AI-Crorepati level membership.

As you advance to the next main Program Rank, the earlier you can earn Points to unlock Rewards. The earned points can be used to get you one of the rank card. In “AI Winner of the Day”, “AI Winner of the Month & “AI Winner of the Year” the earned rewards can be used towards your purchase of products available on our site aceinlet.com., whereas for AI-Lakhpati, AI-Millionaire, and AI-Crorepati level memberships the winner gets paid.


8. What are the program ranks?

There are 3 main Program Ranks – AI-Lakhpati, AI-Millionaire, and AI-Crorepati. Additionally, there are 3 more, first one is “AI Winner of the Day”, second one is “AI Winner of the Month & the third one is “AI Winner of the Year”. Each is different from one another.


9. What are the rewards points?

Reward Points are the points earned while making purchases on aceinlet.com


10. How do I earn Reward Points?

It’s very simple, just Sign In if you are a registered member, if not register to open your account. Next you start purchasing the qualified products with qualifying movements and begin to earn Points. Sometimes, we may also, at our sole discretion, provide additional Points in connection with certain transactions and promotions.

Your earning points are calculated based on the net amount spent by you for actual purchases on aceinlet.com, excluding GST, other levies if any, shipping charges, other discounts, and items purchased with a gift card, if any merchandise credits, or any Rewards or other awards. Selected purchases may be excluded from the Program, at ACEINLET.com.

We provide free Birthday Points to all existing customers (one who made purchases at least once) but it requires additional disclosures like your birthday information at least 1 month prior to your date of birth in order to be eligible.

Also, we provide free Mother’s day & Father’s day Points and this too requires additional information like their names & DOB.


11. How do I qualify for each AI Loyalty Rank?

The following gives you a snapshot view on how o qualify for each of the AI Loyalty Ranks. For more detail please do refer our terms & conditions of or loyalty program.

AI – Winner of the Day

To qualify for winner of the day, your minimum purchase has to be nothing less than net Rs.599/= in a single transaction excluding shipping and other charges, if any, nevertheless one who makes maximum purchase or purchases in total in a day, will be the AI - Winner of the Day. In total means, say for example if you have placed different orders on different timings in a day then the whole total of all these orders placed before 12 noon will be considered as your maximum purchase for that day, excluding the purchases of each transaction which is below the net purchases worth Rs.599/=.

AI - Winner of the Month

To qualify for winner of the month, your minimum purchase has to be nothing less than net Rs.999/= in a single transaction excluding shipping and other charges if any but however one who makes maximum purchase or purchases in total in a month, will be the AI - Winner of the Month. In total means, say for example if you have placed different orders on different occasion in a month then the whole total of all these orders will be considered as your maximum purchase for that month excluding the purchases of each transaction which is below the net purchases worth Rs.999/=.

AI Winner of the Year

Your minimum purchase has to be nothing less than Rs.1599/= in a single transaction in a month excluding shipping and other charges if any. Like-wise you need to place such orders for 12 (twelve) consecutive months in a year. In any month you were not able to make a purchase for some reason then in that case you need to include the same (backlog or pending purchase) in the next immediate purchase in order to regularize as a participant for “AI Winner of the Year”. You as a customer, you have maintained these Parities but made maximum purchases out of all the participants in a year will be the ultimate winner.

AI - Lakpati

You need to earn 100 points, that is when an "AI - Lakpati Card" is automatically allotted & become eligible for a prize drwaw ( each individual purchase has to be 2000 & above but below RS.6000). The AI Lakpati card expires once the draw is over and when the winner is announced. The winner gets Rs.1,00,000/=.

AI - Millionaire

You need to earn 600 points, that is when an "AI - Millionaire Card" is automatically allotted & become eligible for a prize draw (each individual purchase has to be Rs.6000/= & above but below RS.12,000/=). AI Millionaire card expires once the draw is over and when the winner is announced. The winner gets Rs.10,00,000/=.

AI – Crorepati

You need to earn 1200 points, that is when an "AI - Crorepati Card" is automatically allotted & become eligible for a prize draw (each individual purchase has to be Rs.12000/= & above). AI Millionaire card expires once the draw is over and when the winner is announced. The winner gets Rupees one crore (Rs.100,00,000/=).

Our program ranks are based on your qualifying purchases and actions in a rolling period of 365-days.

For the 365-day period after which you join the Program and/or enter a new rank, you will earn Points from your qualifying purchases and actions based on the rate for that rank. Your rank for the subsequent annual period will be based on Points you earn from your qualifying purchases and actions, starting the first day after your enrollment and/or entry into a new rank and ending on or around Day 365. On Day 366, you may be placed in a different rank depending on the number of Points you earn in the immediately preceding 365-day period, and your spend and actions register will be set at zero except when the rolling period is extended.


12. When will my points be available to redeem?

The points earned by you on your purchases or on invite a friend will be available in your account immediately but will be able to redeem only when your or friends order is complete in all aspects (without any pending’s i.e., commercially cleared order).


13. How do I check my loyalty member account status?

You can check your membership level and account status by logging into your account on aceinlet.com.


14. What should I do if I have not seen any points that I earned in my account?

In that situation you should contact our customer service at support@aceinlet.com and furnish your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, the date of the suspected purchase or action, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent within 3 (three) working days from the alleged purchase or action took place, after which we are not responsible for any late announcements concerning procurements or engagements not being credited you’re your registered account.


15. Does my membership ever expire?

Although your participation may remain open, Points will expire after three sixty five (365) days of inactivity, a period in which a Member earns no Points, makes no qualifying purchases, takes no qualifying actions, and redeems no Points.


16. Can my membership be revoked?

Your membership may be revoked by ACEINLET.com, in its sole discretion, at any time without any notification. Any abuse of the Program; failure to follow any of these Terms; membership inactivity for more than three sixty five (365) days; falsification; or conduct that may be harmful to aceinlet.com or our interests may result in revocation of your membership and disqualify you for further contribution in the Program. If, in ACEINLET.com’ sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.


17. What happen to my points in case of my membership is revoked?

All your earned points will automatically expire, and your access to our Loyalty Program and its features will automatically get terminated, in ACEINLET.com’ sole discretion.


18. Can the Loyalty Program be amended or terminated?

Certainly, ACEINLET.COM may, in its sole discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate its Loyalty Program, the Program Terms and conditions, or any part or feature of the Program, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect Points already earned and/or the value of Rewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem Rewards.


19. What happens to my points if the program is terminated?

All your earned points will automatically expire, and your access to our Loyalty Program and its features will automatically get terminated, in ACEINLET.com’ sole discretion.


20. How do I update my profile in my account?

You need to Sign In to your ACEINLET.com account and go to Profile Setting and do the necessary update and save.


21. What do I do if I forgot my password?

You need to go to Sign In page and click on the “Forgot Password” link. You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your ACEINLET.com account, and a temporary password will be emailed to that email address. Follow the prompts in the email to create a new password. That’s it.


22. How do I terminate / Cancel my Loyalty Program Membership?

You can do all your cancellations at any time by sending an email request to ACEINLET.com Customer Service at cussup@aceinlet.com. Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirming that you desire to be removed from the Loyalty Program. Accordingly within a maximum of 2 weeks’ time your request will be completed.


23. What happens to my points if I terminate or cancel my membership for Loyalty Program?

If you cancel your membership, you forfeit any Points you may have earned and/or any Rewards that might otherwise have been available to you during your continued participation in the Program. If you wish to return to the Program after cancelling your membership, you will be required to join the Program again starting with no Points or zero Rewards.


24. Why should I buy from you, the ACEINLET.com?

You have to, because you will get more bangs for your bucks by receiving various prizes for the purchases you are likely to make.

25. In dropdown when I click on certain links such as AI Winner of the Day, AI Winner of the Month, AI Winner of the Year, AI Lakpati, AI Millionaire & AI Crorepati, why I am not able to access the contents instead getting 404 error?

Because, only registered & qualified customers will be able to access them in their account
